Privacy
WorkoutHQ is a training log. This page explains what we store, why, and what control you have. It is written in plain language and will be updated as the product grows.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name, and a hashed password (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
- Training data you enter: weeks, exercises, logged sets, cardio, notes, body weight and body fat entries, and settings.
- Gamification data derived from your logs: ranks, quests, awards and XP.
- Basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
Only to run WorkoutHQ: showing your plans and progress, calculating ranks and quests, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards are off by default. If you opt in, other users see your anonymous display name and the score for each board you appear on. You can opt out at any time in Settings.
Third parties
- Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
- An email provider, to send sign-in links.
- When Pro launches: a payment processor (Stripe) for billing, and an AI provider for AI Coach conversations you start.
Your data
You can export your training log to CSV from Settings at any time. To delete your account and its data, email support@workouthq.fit from the address on your account.
